What is your cancellation policy?

Orders canceled more than 48 hours prior to the delivery date & time will be eligible for a full refund.
Orders canceled less than 48 hours prior to the delivery date & time will receive a 50% refund.

How far in advance do I need to place my order?

We request that orders be placed 48 hours in advance. If you are looking for a last minute order, please call or text us directly at 615-669-3431.

What if I don’t eat meat?

No problem! We are happy to sub out the charcuterie meat for additional cheese options.

Do you offer gluten free options?

Yes! If someone from your party is gluten free we are happy to make sure all items on the board are wheat free. We can provide gluten free crackers with your board, upon request.

Do you deliver?

Yes!

For charcuterie boards & cups:
Delivery in 37216 is $10.
Delivery outside of 37216 and up to 25 miles from 37216 is $20.

For grazing tables, the delivery fee will be included in the setup fee found in your contract.

If you interested in placing an order outside of the delivery range, please text or email us for a quote.

Do you offer wooden boards?

Yes! Any charcuterie board can be upgraded to a wooden board keepsake. Check the box on your order request and we will send you board options that we have in stock.

Do you offer grazing tables?

Yes! We do require a minimum of 30 servings for tables. Pricing varies based on table design and contents. Leave a comment on your order request or email us directly at orders@boardandcheesy.com to discuss your event.

Can I customize the stickers on my charcuterie cups?

For charcuterie cup orders placed a minimum of 3 weeks in advance we do offer an upgrade to custom stickers. Check the box on your order request or email us directly at orders@boardandcheesy.com.

Can I order something that isn’t on your menu?

Absolutely! Put in an order request and add a comment with what you are looking for or email us directly at orders@boardandcheesy.com
